Overview:
My Saturday was pretty productive. We left Lexy's house to go to the mall in Dayton at about 12:30, so we got there at 1:30. And we went into pretty much every store that looked like it had something to offer. We were at the mall until about 3:30. Then we noticed that there was a dollar theater sharing a parking lot with the mall, so we checked to see what movies were playing at what times, and we had an hour and a half to kill until our movie started. So we went to Target, and Guitar Center. Then to the movie theater. We decided to see Source Code (which I will also write about), and then after that we went to Pier 1 and we were in there for quite a while. Then we started the venture home, but by that time we were hungry again so we stopped to eat at Friendly's on the way. Okay, here we go:Chapter one: the drive.
None of us brought any CDs to listen to on the one hour drive to Dayton. So we listened to crappy radio music the whole time. Blek.Chapter two: the mall.

Also, I bought a dress!
I have had the dress picked out that I want to wear to my graduation party for a while now, but when I saw this at the store Saturday I thought that it would be perfect for my party, so I got it. :)
Only $10!
The dress is really, really cute on me. Unfortunately, I'm not really, really cute today. So a distant picture of the dress on a hanger will have to suffice :P
Chapter three: Target.
I love Target. Love, love, love, love. They have cute clothes, cute purses/accessories, and they carry good make-up lines, too. Like, for instance, Soap and Glory. :D
I <3 Soap and Glory products.
http://www.soapandglory.com/us/ .. <<check it out.
While at Target, I went to the cosmetics aisle specifically looking for S&G, but they didn't have any for some reason? Stupid. Anyways, I ended up grabbing some cosmetic sponges for $1, because all of mine are really nasty and old. So now I have white, brand-new, pretty ones.
("yaaaaaay." <<said in the Monty Python and the Holy Grail tone.)
Chapter four: Guitar Center.
I didn't buy anything here. But Kensie, Lexy, and I were in the drums section beating on the drums and a worker came over to us and asked us if we play. We said no... And I felt like an idiot.Chapter five: the movie.
Lexy and Kensie wanted to see Source Code, which I had never heard of. So I trusted their judgment (not to mention the ticket only cost $3, so it wasn't that big of a deal). And it was really good, actually.
It kinda reminded me of The Matrix a little.
It was kinda Sci-fi-ish, too. (And yes, I spelled it Sci-fi, because Syfy is a retarded spelling.)
It was definitely an action movie, but it wasn't so far out that it made it stupid, because some action movies go too far. There wasn't anything bad in it either, which I appreciate. And even though I can't STAND the main actor....
I still liked it.
Chapter six: Pier 1
We were in here quite a while. There's so much to look at, and so many comfy chairs to sit in!I mean really, how great is this store? It's one of my favorites. Look at all that junk you can go through!
I love stuff like that. You can never have too much of it. Never.

They also had masquerade masks there this time, which we seized the opportunity to entertain ourselves with.
Chapter seven: The drive home/Friendly's.
Gotta love Friendly's. We got in there and ordered our food, then about 20 minutes later our waiter (who was very nice and funny) came up to us and said, "Well, I hope you guys aren't in a rush.... Because I just realized that I accidentally forgot to turn in your order.. So I did that about five minutes ago!" and we told him it was alright and we just sat there for a while talking and giggling. Then our food came, and we ate it. And it was delicious. And we got ice cream, because you can't go to Friendly's without getting ice cream. And then we came home!
Where Mackensie made us watch The Beautician and the Beast. And it was stupid. Don't watch it, ever.
