There's no day like a Sunday;

Mom's car went to junk again last night, and of course she had to be at work by 6:30 this morning. And there are long details about why she couldn't take someone else's car, so she asked Lexy if Lexy would mind driving her to work in the morning. Of course, Lexy said she didn't mind. So I had to get up at 5:30 to take a shower and be ready in time. =/

So Lexy and I figured we would stay in Decatur and go to church, which of course didn't start until 8:30. Decatur is just far enough that it would be a little silly to drive all the way back to my house and then back there again for church just a couple hours later so we had to stay in town until church started.
Do you know what there is to do in Decatur to entertain yourself?
... Nothing.
So, since my mom works at McDonald's, we stayed in there and watched The Big Bang Theory on my laptop to pass the time. Then when it was FINALLY about, eh, 8:15-ish, we left and got to church for first service. (there are two services)

Turns out, that during first service, there IS no high-school service, only middle school. How stupid is that?
So we sat on the comfy couches until 11:00 when it was time for HS service. That's okay though, because my buddy Derek and Kelsey were there so we hung out with them that whole time.
- Finally, it was time for service. We had church, then went back to McDonald's to eat lunch. Since my mommy is a manager there, Lexy and I got free food ;D

We then made the journey home. We checked Facebook's, emails, I checked blogger, blah-di-blah.

Then I said, "Hey! Wanna watch Return of the King?!" ;)
I ran and grabbed the Special Extended Edition boxed set LotR III, and we started an epic afternoon/evening of movie watching.
We never did watch the second one :/ That's okay though, the first and third are the best.

Anyway, while we were watching the movie, Lexy, who has no heart when it comes to being emotional during movies, laughed in all the wrong places!! Towards the end-ish, when Frodo and Sam are on Mount Doom trying to get to the fire, and Frodo is so thirsty and he drinks the last of Sam's water, and Frodo says, "There's not going to be enough water for the return journey." and Sam says, "I don't think there's going to be a return journey, Mr. Frodo." She snorted. SNORTED! Gawsh.

But my favorite, was after Frodo throws Smeagol and the ring into Mount Doom's fire, and they go through the whole king-thing with Aragorn and stuff, and the get back to The Shire, and they are in the Green Dragon drinking. After Sam takes a drink, he stands up and walks over to Rosie, undoubtedly to confess feelings or kiss her or something of that nature. And Alexis said, "Yeahhh, get some!" : O
I couldn't believe she said that. I have never heard someone say that before at that point in the movie. Bahaha xD

But now Lexy is gone :/ We had funnnn. I shall eagerly await the next opportunity I have to see her.
I'm so tired though. I could probably sleep for the entire day tomorrow.
